I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the greater Inland Empire area, and I’d love to help you on your journey toward growth, healing and wholeness.
I have been practicing since 2003, and have provided clients in the Inland Empire area with a wide range of relational therapeutic services. Life can certainly feel overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting, but I’m here to support you through life challenges you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, better cope with change, and support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I have specialized experience working from a faith integrative lens, specifically those struggling with anxiety, trauma, and grief related to miscarriage, infant loss, postpartum depression & anxiety, and parenting through Parent Child Interaction Therapy.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote transformation by encouraging a thoughtful, reflective therapeutic process and positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes through warm, and pointed therapeutic relational coaching.
